The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Naubatpur P.S. Case No.162 of 2017 registered under Sections 307, 354 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made specific allegation against the petitioner that when his daughter went to the house of Sunil Paswan to see his daughter, the petitioner made an attempt to outrage her modesty and also assaulted his daughter. It is further submitted that the petitioner again came in the evening and tried to drag her daughter. When the informant objected, the petitioner assaulted the informant with pistol causing injury in his head. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that coaccused Sunil Paswan has already been granted anticipatory bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63491 of 2017 (2) dt.11-01-2018 The informant has compromised the case but it appears that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that petitioner not only tried to outrage the modesty of the daughter of the informant in his own house when she had gone to meet her friend, sister of the petitioner but in the evening the petitioner again came and tried to outrage the modesty of the daughter of the informant. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
