JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 323, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are co-villagers of the husband of the deceased. Main allegation is of disposal of the dead body with intent to remove the evidence of commission of cognizable offence. The petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent and they are ready to cooperate with the investigation/trial.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13585 of 2018 (2) dt.09-03-2018 bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chiraiya Police Station Case No.374 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
