JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are named in the first information report but admittedly, more than 1000 people assembled to make protest against an accident in which several persons died on the spot. No doubt, the police officials sustained injuries and the Government properties were damaged by the mob but no specific overt-act has been attributed against the petitioners who do not have any criminal antecedent.

It is pointed out on behalf of the petitioners that some co-accused have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Court.

No.27280 of 2015 (2) dt.03-08-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 117 of 2015.
