JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of near about four cases but in the present case, the name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused, Jamil Akhtar @ Jalil and except the aforesaid confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner in the present case. Moreover, the investigation has already been completed and co-accused, Jamil Akhtar @ Jalil has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18056 of 2016 (2) dt.02-05-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri K.K. Sahi, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 159 of 2014.
