The petitioner is accused in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 70 of 2015, registered under Section 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of torturing to the daughter of informant by her husband and other in-laws due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry and also torturing by her mother-in-law by making allegation of illicit relationship with one Lalan Das and due to that reason daughter of the informant committed suicide.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly the petitioner is the mother in law of the deceased, when daughter of the informant tried to commit suicide by

No.17826 of 2016 (2) dt.03-05-2016 2/2 sprinkling kerosene oil then she rushed to save her and rushed to the hospital and information was also given to her parents and informant and others had come there, which would appear from the F.I.R. itself, but due to ulterior motive present case has been lodged with allegation of demand of dowry and also having illicit relationship with Lalan Das. The petitioner is a lady has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 11.02.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case no. 70 of 2015. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
