The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 255 of 2017 registered under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that only on the confessional statement, petitioner has been made accused in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within

No.56213 of 2017 (2) dt.29-11-2017 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 255 of 2017 (Spl. Case No. 5629/2017) subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
