2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 50 liters of Nepali Saufi wine has been recovered from the toilet of co-accused Bhila Sah and petitioner has been made accused merely because he happens to be son of co-accused Bhila Sah.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts & circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar Excise P.S. Case No. 110/2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
