JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-08-2018 The petitioner by way of the present writ petition has prayed for directing the respondent nos. 2 and 3 especially the Administrator, Bihar State Road Transport Corporation to provide the cadre post of Time Keeper and Assistant Traffic Inspector. In view of the nature of the prayer made in the writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct the petitioner to file a representation before the Administrator, Bihar State Road Transport Corporation regarding his grievance pertaining to his claim for being posted on the post of Time Keeper and Assistant

Patna High Court CWJC No.2531 of 2004 (5) dt.14-08-2018 2/2 Traffic Inspector within a period of two weeks from today. In case such a representation is filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today, the learned Administrator, Bihar State Road Transport Corporation shall consider and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter.
