The petitioners being the parents and relatives of the husband of the complainant are apprehending their arrest in a complaint case in which processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and 3 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16338 of 2014 (5) dt.18-02-2015 petitioners that the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the complainant, who has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 2603 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Complaint Case No. 526C of 2013, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
