The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. It is alleged that the petitioner was found talking with a looted SIM but no SIM was recovered from the possession of petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 09.07.2014 but he has not been put on T. I. parade. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Gorea-Kothi P.S.
