====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-03-2018 Heard Sri Sanjeev Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Pushpa Sinha, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

This is third attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner, who is in custody in Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No.278/2016, corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No.7/16 registered for the offence under Sections 15,17,18 of the N.D.P.S. Act. In this case, there was allegation of recovery of 15 Kg. of Doda from possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to persuade the Court that though the evidence is going on , till date two witnesses were examined, who have not supported the prosecution case.

Considering the fact that the trial is going on, there is no

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14183 of 2018(2) dt.14-03-2018 2/2 reason to review of my earlier order.

The petition again stands dismissed.
