Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No.12 of 2018, registered under Sections 379, 461, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that cash of Rs.10,000/- was stolen by thieves from the shop of the informant and theft was also committed in another shop whereas mobile of the thief was found lying and the mobile was identified by the informant after seeing the picture of Dharmendra Modi who disclosed the name of the petitioner as one of the associates and Rs.4890/- along with two mobiles were found from possession of the petitioner. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Munna Ray is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Lakhisarai in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No.12 of 2018.
