The petitioner is in custody since 25.09.2014 in connection with Special Case No. 39 of 2014 arising out of Bhwanipur P.S. Case No. 220 of 2014 for the offence registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case of false implication. However in view of the evidence which has come in the case diary there can be no doubt that the prosecution case stands supported by other cogent material. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It is accordingly, rejected. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U T
