Perused the above application and materials on record.

Heard Mr. Vijay Kumar Sinha, learned Counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. T.P. Mandal, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State. Considering the fact that earlier the bail application of this petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order, dated 23.11.2015, passed in Cr. Miscellaneous No.48073 of 2015 and no new ground has been shown, this Court is of the view that at

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27995 of 2016 (2) dt.20-07-2016 2/2 this stage, the accused above-named shall not be allowed to go on bail.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the prayer for bail is hereby rejected at this stage. This bail application shall stand disposed of accordingly.
