The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail vide order dated 06.07.2020, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected with a direction to renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was given liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge but since the concerned court was not available the charge could not be framed. Hence, the petitioner has renewed his prayer without framing of charge. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7003 of 2021(3) dt.02-03-2021 2/2 the case, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Belchhi P.S. Case No. 67/2019 from the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Barh, Patna.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
