The petitioners are languishing in custody since 13.04.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 140, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of taking money for providing employment in Army.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the alleged money was returned and subsequently the informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26918 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 petition to that effect before the learned court below. It is further submitted that petitioner no. 1 is the own brother of the informant and due to some petty dispute the accusation has been levelled. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 262 of 2014.
