JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 18-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In this case, petitioner is seeking bail in Madhubani Town P.S.Case No. 137 of 2015 registered u/s 189, 203, 209, 327, 353, 387 and 506 IPC.

From the FIR it appears that one person impersonating himself to be a Judge of this Court had given a call to the Principal Judicial Magistrate, J.J.B, Madhubani and made Pairavi about accused Abhiram Yadav as well as threatened him. Police during investigation found that the SIM was in the name of Jaideo Brouten sold from the shop of the petitioner. Except that, there is nothing against the petitioner who is in custody since 15th April 2015.

No.26215 of 2015 (2) dt.18-06-2015 2/2 In the facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner Niraj Sah is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Madhubani Town P.S.Case No. 137 of 2015.
