The petitioner is languishing in custody since 08.04.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On 22.03.2015 the informant woke up when found her daughter committed suicide by hanging herself with the ceiling fan. It is alleged that the victim was in love with the petitioner and the petitioner on promise of marriage established physical relationship one week prior to the occurrence when the family of the petitioner refused to get petitioner married with the victim then she committed suicide.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

No.25691 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 petitioner that there is nothing on the record to suggest that the petitioner abetted the suicide of the victim and the love story has been developed after the victim committed suicide as no such information was given to any authority prior to the alleged suicide. It is submitted by learned counsel for the informant that mobile conversation between the petitioner and the victim suggest that they were in love and the witnesses have also supported the accusation during investigation. Considering the nature of accusation and the investigation being concluded, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with K.
