Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The FIR would reveal that the occurrence of murder was committed by unknown person. The petitioner was abruptly arrested on suspicion and her confessional statement was recorded by the police. The informant, who is brother of the deceased, has stated that the deceased has no enmity with anyone. He has not stated that the petitioner, who is wife of the deceased, has any motive to commit murder of the deceased. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14139 of 2018 (2) dt.13-03-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Shastrinagar Police Station Case No. 706 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
