2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148 , 149, 341 , 323 , 324 , 307, 325 , 379, 354(B), 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against this petitioner is that he along with other co-accused person assaulted the husband of the informant with sword causing finger cut injury to him.
4. It is submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against this petitioner. Injury caused by this petitioner has been found simple in nature by the doctor.
5. Learned counsel for the State and informant oppose
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50405 of 2023(3) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the nature of injury and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate , Vaishali, District - Vaishali in connection with Vaishali P.S. case No. 65 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
