The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 303 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 366(A) I.P.C. Informant is the father of victim who in his written complaint dated 05.10.2017 has stated that on 01.10.2017 his daughter had gone to attend the call of nature and thereafter did not return. Petitioner is his neighbour and anti social element and keeps company of miscreants and has kidnapped his daughter who is 15 years old and is a minor. The girl has returned herself and in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. she has not made any allegation of any physical or sexual assault committed by the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14180 of 2018(3) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.10.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jamui, in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 303 of 2017.
