====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 06-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Learned counsel submits that petitioners were granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by order dated 22.06.2023 on the ground that allegations against the petitioners were general and omnibus in nature and no specific allegation of assault was alleged. It is further submitted that inadvertently Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was not typed in the order dated 22.06.2023, thus, prays that Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code be added in the order dated 22.06.2023 which was brought on record by way of a supplementary affidavit. Considering the submissions the order dated 22.06.2023 is modified to read as "the petitioners apprehend

No.49263 of 2022(8) dt.06-07-2023 2/2 their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code" instead of "petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code".

The order dated 22.06.2023 is modified to the extent indicated above.
