Petitioner is languishing in custody since 08.02.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 21/22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act.

It is alleged that from a wooden shop 806 gram ganja was recovered where Gopi Kumar and this petitioner was sitting.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery cannot be treated to be from the possession of the petitioner and quantity of recovery is small. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the quantity of recovery, let the above
