2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 445 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 103(1), 3(5) of the BNS and under Section 27 of the Arms Act

3. Apart from suspicion, there is no material against the petitioner, who is in jail since 20.03.2025 for killing the victim who himself appears to be a criminal.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
