The petitioner is custody since 27.12.2014 in connection with East Colony P.S Case No. 48 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26(i)(ii)/35 of the Arms Act. Considering the nature of allegation and the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner Dilip Mandal be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Munger, in connection with East Colony P.S.
