2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sadar (Hajipur) P.S.Case No.383 of 2017 registered for an offence under Sections 379 and 411 of the IPC.

3. It has been submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the FIR nor there is any incriminating material against him. The name of this petitioner was disclosed by one Putul Ram who was arrested by police along with stolen truck. The said Putul Ram has been allowed bail by one of the coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.57023 of 2017. The petitioner has clean antecedent.

However, learned APP opposed the submissions. Considering the fact that the name of this petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63605 of 2017 (3) dt.01-02-2018 2/2 appeared in the confessional statement of co-accused Putul Ram who has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court and except that there is nothing against this petitioner, the prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the above named petitioner in the even of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sadar (Hajipur) P.S.Case No.383 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
