Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No.72 of 2018, registered under Sections 147, 149, 337, 338, 353, 427 and 188 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 3⁄4 of the Prevention of Damage to the Public Property Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that unemployed youth were making protest for irregularities committed by the Railway Board in the matter of appointment and large numbers of student were making protest but there is no specific overt act alleged against the petitioner, there is general and omnibus allegation against named and not named people and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.14633 of 2018(2) dt.15-03-2018 2/2 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Abodh Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Nawada in connection with Nawada (Town) P.S. Case No.72 of 2018.
