====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-10-2021 Heard Mr. Rajani Ranjan Prasad Singh, the learned Advocate for the petitioners and Mr. Manoj Kumar, the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner no.1 who is the brother-in-law of the deceased whereas the petitioner nos.2 and 3 who are the parents in-law of the deceased seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Daudnagar P. S. Case No.29 of 2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B), 120(B)/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been urged on behalf of the petitioners that but for their being relatives of the husband of the deceased, no

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2949 of 2021(4) dt.07-10-2021 2/2 specific accusation has been levelled against them. The accusation against the petitioners is general and omnibus. It has further been urged that the petitioners are separate in mess and business from the deceased and her husband from before. The husband of the deceased is in custody.

Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P. S. Case No.29 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. The application stands allowed.
