====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 87, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons kidnapped sister-in-law of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. Petitioner is lady and claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has named this petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50336 of 2025(2) dt.19-08-2025 2/2 and has stated that this petitioner played active role in commission of the offence.

6. Considering statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
