JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 15.2.2018, seeks bail in Sasaram Town PS Case No. 1940 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that the named accused persons along with 100 unknown persons assaulted the informant and his other family members with the specific allegation that Tarique, one of the co-accused, stabbed Naushad Khan and the petitioner is said to have given iron rod blow over Md. Amir.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no any head injury on Amir, the petitioner is a teacher in a government school having no criminal antecedent.- Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Md. Sadab Moin Arzoo @ Raju Ansari is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Sasaram in connection with Sasaram Town PS Case No. 1940 of 2017.
