Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No.38 of 2015, registered under Sections 341, 324, 323, 326 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated due to land dispute as there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and others except Dhananjay Yadav and Bhola Yadav having specific allegation against them, another co-accused, similarly situated, have been admitted to bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court by orders dated 15.11.2017 and 31.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos.46717 of 2017 and 4614 of 2018 respectively and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.14271 of 2018(2) dt.13-03-2018 2/2 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Shyam Nandan Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Sherghati, District Gaya in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No.38 of 2015.
