Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It appears that petitioner is not named in the complaint based FIR and co-accused Jagu Baitha has been allowed bail, by a Coordinate Bench of this Court after going through the material in the case diary, vide order dated 07.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51593 of 2017.
Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14391 of 2018 (2) dt.13-03-2018 2/2 connection with Sessions Trial No. 607 of 2017 arising out of Mairwa Police Station Case No. 269 of 2013, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
