The petitioner seeks bail in Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 780/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. One loaded country made pistol and four live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner for that the petitioner is in jail since 12.12.2014. Other co-accused persons have already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Khagaria, in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S.
