It appears that except criminal antecedent, confessional statement of co-accused as well as petitioner, there is nothing against him. The petitioner is in jail custody since 20-012015. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Parasbigha (O.P. Karpa) P.S. Case No. 141 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sri Deshmukh, learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad.
