Petitioner is in jail custody since 2.9.2013 on the accusation that one country made loaded katta and one live cartridge were recovered from his conscious possession.

Petitioner is having criminal antecedent of two cases but taking note of period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj District Madhepura in Alam Nagar P.S. Case no. 115/2013.
