The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

It is a case of cruelty due to non-fulfilment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and the matter was referred to the District Mediation Centre, Civil

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58913 of 2021(5) dt.22-08-2022 2/2 Court, Aurangabad vide order dated 20.05.2022 and in compliance of the Mediation report dated 16.07.2022 is kept at flag-'R' of this bail petition mentioning therein that both parties are agreed to compromise the case.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and the Mediation report, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Aurangabad in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 16 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
