JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 2.1.2018, seeks bail in Daudnagar PS Case No. 345 of 2017 registered under Sections 307, 379, 341, 323, 504 and 34 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that due to trivial dispute the informant was assaulted by the accused persons and his father too by Ramdeo Yadav and Chhotu Yadav.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties are neighbours, on trivial issue of fodder theft quarrel took place, there is allegation against two persons of assaulting over head of the informant's father but only one injury of swelling was found over head of the informant's father who died later on and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ramdeo Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar PS Case No. 345 of 2017.
