2. Petitioners apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 354, 354(A), 354(B), 354(C) , 504 506/34, 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code and section 8/12 of POCSO Act.
3. It is alleged that all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners misbehaved with victim and blackmailed her by circulating her obscene video on social media . It is further alleged the accused persons threatened the victim to kill her family members.

4. It is submitted that these petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. He further stated that earlier on 14.04.2023 , the father of the informant namely Md. Naeem attempted to commit of rape upon the mother of petitioner No. 1 for which Kazi muhammadpur P .S. case no. 1453 of 2023 was lodged against him and to save skin from the aforesaid case , the present case has been lodged against these petitioners. He further stated that informant was herself in love affairs with co-accused Md. Arshad. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. There is specific allegation against the petitioners that victim in her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. has supported the prosecution case.
6. Considering the statement of victim under section 164 Cr.P.C. and gravity of allegation, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioners is rejected.
