The petitioner is accused in connection with Excise Case No. 88 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.
The accusation is of recovery of 120 bottles each containing 300 ML Nepali liquor from the gunny bag, which was carrying by the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 19.02.2018.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17690 of 2018 (2) dt.29-03-2018 the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-IV-cum-Special Judge Excise, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Excise Case No. 88 of 2018. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
