JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 25.1.2022.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that till date three witnesses have been examined including the informant (brother of the deceased) and wife of the deceased and none have supported the prosecution case. Petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2020.

Considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner and progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.
