ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 04-09-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already approached the Divisional Commissioner Tirhut, Muzaffarpur vide representation/complaint dated 12.07.2023 against the selection of the Respondent No. 7 herein as PDS dealer. The present writ petition is disposed of directing the Divisional Commissioner, i.e., Respondent No. 2 to consider the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11938 of 2025(2) dt.04-09-2025 2/2 said representation/complaint and pass a reasoned order.

3. It is needless to observe that before passing any order the petitioner as well as the Respondent No. 7 shall be put on notice and given them an opportunity of hearing. In case the Respondent No. 7 seeks time for fling any objection to the complaint filed by the petitioner, she will be given ample opportunity for doing so. The authority shall endeavor to complete the entire exercise as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.

4. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
