The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 410 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, as is evident from the seizure list.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.58694 of 2021(2) dt.09-05-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with ABP No. 2341 of 2021 arising out of Muffasil P.S.
