JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased and according to the prosecution case, the dead body of the deceased was found on railway track. The present case was lodged against the petitioner and others for the offence punishable under section 306 of the Indian Penal Code and, subsequently, the charge sheet was submitted against the petitioner and the coaccused for the offence punishable under the same section. Moreover, the present case was lodged in the year 2010 and petitioner could be remanded in this case on 23.02.2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that some witnesses turned hostile and, moreover, there is no

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S.Case No. 139 of 2010.
