The petitioner seeks bail in Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 171/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was fleeing away after committing theft of battery and motor of the auto rickshaw of the informant. It is submitted that the petitioner has falsely been made accused in the case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in jail since 08.04.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for three and half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26489 of 2015 (2) dt.27-07-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 171/2015.
