No. 52185 of 2017, which was dismissed for non compliance of order dated 08.11.2017.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner due to some unforeseen circumstances beyond his control, he could not remove the defect in time, however, the same has now been removed and prayed that Cr. Misc. No. 52185 of 2017 be restored to its original file.

In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and also in view of the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, this application is allowed and Cr. Misc. No. Cr. Misc.
