The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mehandia P.S. Case No. 52 of 2019 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 498(A), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

In view of the fact that the petitioner is brother-in-law of the informant and the allegation of demand of dowry and torturing her is specific against the husband, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees
