2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Rail Gaya P.S. Case No. 88 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 of the I.P.C.

3. As per allegation, the informant went to see off his relative at railway station Gaya, wherefrom his motorcycle was stolen away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather the allegation is general and omnibus. The petitioner is a person of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52793 of 2024(2) dt.05-08-2024 2/2 clean antecedent and is under custody since 08.05.2024.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to release on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Railway, Gaya in connection with Rail Gaya P.S. Case No. 88 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

(ii) The bail bond of the petitioner shall be accepted after verification of his criminal antecedent and the verification must be done within a period of one month. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) SONALI/- U T
