The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No.282 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 448, 354(B) and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that since charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioners under bailable sections of the Indian Penal Code, there is no apprehension of their arrest in this case. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of this application.
