The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 241 of 2021 (G.R. No. 2175 of 2021) dated 22.12.2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 392 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. He is said to have been arrested in Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 359 of 2021 and a looted mobile telephone was recovered from him. This was the basis for his remand in the present case. Some other persons have also made confession, naming the

Be that as it may, the petitioner is in custody since 22.01.2022 and is on bail in other cases about which reference has been given in Para-3 of the petition. Some of the similarly situated accused persons in this case have been granted bail by difference Benches of this Court. Regard being had to the aforenoted facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 241 of 2021 (G.R. No. 2175 of 2021).
