JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 27-06-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 324, 380 and some other ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code. There is specific allegation against this petitioner that he gave Axe blows on the person of informant, his wife and son in which informant sustained multiple injuries out of which one of the injuries has been found to be grievous in nature. Considering the nature of accusation, nature of the injury and gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre arrest bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
